1. Use of the website and services

This site is an information and marketing platform that introduces the analysis and trading automation tools of Neo Valor. Transactions to buy and sell assets are carried out through the exchange or licensed service provider you connect, not through this site itself.

You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You confirm that you are of legal age under Indonesian law and able to enter into an agreement.

The service is intended for users in Indonesia. If you are in another country, you are responsible for making sure that using this service does not conflict with the law where you are.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site and services for commercial purposes without written permission. You also may not access our systems in any way other than the interfaces provided.

We have the right to restrict or end access if there is any sign of a breach of these terms or of applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your password, 2FA code and API keys confidential. All activity carried out with your credentials is treated as done by you, until you report unauthorised access.

3. Promotional materials and newsletters

By giving your email and mobile number, you may receive information about your account, service updates and educational material. Promotional messages are sent only if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the message or through support.

Promotional material is general information and not investment advice. Messages about security or changes to the terms are still sent because they are service messages.

4. Intellectual property

All content of the site, including text, design, logos, interface and software, belongs to Neo Valor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law in force in Indonesia.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services under these terms. No intellectual property rights pass to you.

5. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these terms. By using the services, you confirm that you understand how your data is collected and used.

6. Links

The site may contain links to third-party sites, such as exchanges or payment providers. We do not control the content, policies or security of those sites and are not responsible for losses arising from their use.

You may link to our public pages as long as it does not give the impression that we endorse or are affiliated with your site.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the site to:

• break the law, including money laundering, fraud or financing prohibited activity;
• send spam, mass messages or misleading material;
• attack, scan without permission or disrupt our infrastructure, including through bots or excessive scripts;
• infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others;
• impersonate another person or use a false identity.

8. Support

Support is available through [email protected] and your personal manager. We try to respond quickly, but we do not promise a particular response time for every request.

Please do not share your password or verification code with anyone who claims to be our staff. Full guidance is on the security page.

Our support explains features and helps with setup, but does not recommend buying or selling any particular asset.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided as is. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness, timeliness or freedom from error.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, and we do not guarantee any investment result. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Information and analysis shown on the platform are informative. You are responsible for judging whether they suit your goals, financial situation and risk tolerance before you act.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neo Valor is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by market movements, third-party disruption or investment decisions you make.

We are also not liable for loss caused by the failure of an exchange, payment provider or communications network that lies outside our reasonable control.

These terms do not limit liability that by law cannot be excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Neo Valor harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services, including reasonable legal fees.

This obligation applies while you use the service and continues afterwards for events that occurred while you were a user.

12. Other provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If any part is declared unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in force. Disputes are first sought to be settled amicably, then through the routes set out on the complaints page.

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when the latest version is published on this page, and continued use of the service afterwards means you accept them. Also read the risk disclosure that accompanies these terms.
